BENEFITS OF GROUP INSTRUCTION
Group classes allow participants to interact with like-minded individuals who put a focus on
physical well-being. Being in a group environment creates a certain level of accountability to
the other participants in the class. In a group class, the pace of the class tends to stay on track.
Classes can also offer a competitive edge pushing participants to improve and go beyond what
they thought was possible in their journey of physical health. Lastly, there tends to be a great
energy that is created among the participants which in turn makes the class more engaging and fun.
BENEFITS OF PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Private instruction is great if the participant is working through an old injury or a current one. In
addition, the instructor can construct the class based on the participant's needs and wants. The
pace can be adjusted according to how the participant is doing at the moment. There is more
flexibility as to what can be done with private instruction. It is also a great tool if a participant
is simply looking to sharpen or improve his or her capabilities and alignment. It is also a great
way to take your skill set to the next level in a safe and supervised way.
